A cleaner list. Without the upload.

Find malformed addresses, duplicates, disposable domains and role addresses in your CSV. Your file stays on your device.

What this tool checks

Choose a CSV, select the email column, and process up to 20,000 rows locally. Download all findings or only the rows that pass your selected cleanup rules.

Keep your original columns

Quoted commas, header rows and additional contact fields are preserved. Result columns explain each classification. Exported cells are protected against spreadsheet formula execution.

Review before removing

Invalid syntax, duplicates and blocklist matches are separated. Role accounts are retained unless you explicitly exclude them. Unsupported syntax is sent to review.

Understand the scope

Local cleanup does not detect mailbox existence, spam traps, catch-all behavior or current inbox placement. Passing cleanup is not a deliverability guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

Is my CSV uploaded?

No. The CSV is read and processed in the browser. The public disposable-domain snapshot is downloaded to your device.

Do you remove role addresses?

You decide. Shared addresses like support@ can be legitimate. The default is to flag them without removing them.

Which files are supported?

CSV files up to 5 MB and 20,000 rows. Select the column containing email addresses after loading the file.
